Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Mynaa Tech Serviced Pvt Ltd, the holding company for www.bengalurugifting.com, believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellation requests can be made only via email to support@bengalurugifting.com upto 24 hours before the delivery date. Bengalurugifting reserves the right to deny cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the delivery date. 

2. Cancellation of orders placed for delivery within the same day is not possible under any circumstance.

3. For personalised items or items delivered through courier service, cancellation of orders is not possible once the order has been processed and gone into production.

4. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team by emailing the photo of the damaged/defective product to support@bengalurugifting.com. Emails sent without the photograph of the product will not be considered valid complaints and hence no action taken on them.

5. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Photo of the product received needs to be emailed to support@bengalurugifting.com. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

 

Return Policy :

In case you have received a defective or damaged product and want to return the same, please email the Customer Care team at support@bengalurugifting.com with the photograph of the product.

Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.


Refunds

Refunds, once approved by the customer care team, will be processed via tthe same payment channel through which the payment was orginally received from the customer. It may take upto 15 working days, from the date of approval of refund, for the amount to be credited back into the customer account.
